1. Agreement Between Customer and Airfly USA

Airfly USA is a travel agency based in Kalispell, Montana. By using this website and our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking Process & Fares

Quote Only: All fares displayed on this website are for informational purposes and constitute a "Quote Request." Submitting a booking form does not guarantee a ticket.
Price Fluctuation: Airline fares are dynamic. The price is not guaranteed until a ticket number has been issued by our agent. If the fare changes between your request and issuance, we will notify you for approval before charging.

3. Taxes and Fees

All prices quoted include government taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Airfly USA may charge a service fee for bookings, changes, or cancellations, which will be disclosed prior to payment.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

24-Hour Rule: For most bookings involving US travel, you may cancel without penalty within 24 hours of booking, provided the reservation was made at least one week prior to departure.
Non-Refundable: After the 24-hour window, most economy tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Airline penalties apply for any changes.

5. Travel Documents

It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and health documents required for their destination. Airfly USA is not liable for denied entry due to missing documentation.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kalispell, MT.
